The spindle adopts air-cooled motorized spindle with power of 3.5kW and rotating speed of 0 ~ 18,000 rpm, with high precision, good safety and high reliability.
Adopt CNC numerical control system. Equipped with professional CAD- CAM programming software. Automatic conversion and processing of G code, simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
All the kinematic pairs adopt imported guide rails and sliders, the X axis adopts high-precision helical gears and helical racks for transmission, and the Y axis and Z axis adopt high-precision ball wire shoulder transmission. The transmission is stable and the precision of the whole machine is effectively improved.
The workbench is turned over 180°. -90° ~ 0° ~+90°. Three-side machining can be realized by clamping profiles at one time. When machining deep through holes (special-shaped holes), deep hole machining can be realized by turning over the workbench, which improves efficiency and has good quality.
Electric pump oil supply system is adopted, and spray cooling device controlled by system is adopted for cutting tools.
The main electrical components, circuit breakers and AC contactors are all Schneider products of France.
