It is suitable for high-efficiency drilling of hinge mounting holes, sliding support wind support holes and four-link holes of aluminum doors and windows (external windows, overhead windows, etc.).

Four holes can be drilled on both sides at the same time, so the production efficiency is high, and the two heads can work independently or simultaneously.

The bed of the machine tool is equipped with two heads, the left  head  is fixed and fixed on the bed with screws; The right head can   be pulled by the handle to move on the circular guide rail and locked at the required position, and is equipped with an air cylinder approach device to facilitate sizing.

The drill bit moves back and forth on the linear guide rail width by the air cylinder, and the front end of the drill bit is equipped with a buffer, which can make the drill bit move smoothly and limit it.

A console is installed in front of the lathe bed, and all the electrical control elements are installed on the console. After the workpiece is placed on the console, the machine can complete the pressing, cutting, tool returning and loosening processes as long as the operator presses the button according to the operating rules.
